Referral Program Terms

• Anyone can apply through our Become a Partner page. Participation begins only once Sebafy reviews and approves the application and issues you a referral code.
• We may decline an application, or later deactivate a partner account, at our discretion — for example where we cannot verify the applicant, or where program rules have been broken.
• A deactivated referral code stops attributing new signups immediately. Commissions already earned and payable at the time of a good-faith deactivation are still paid; see Section 6.

• You share your unique referral link (a sebafy.com/r/<your-code> address). When a new business follows it and creates a Sebafy account, that business is attributed to you.
• Attribution is first-touch and recorded at signup. If a business arrived through more than one partner's link, the earliest attributed partner is credited.
• A business that already has a Sebafy account, or that has previously been attributed to another partner, cannot be re-attributed to you.
• Only new paying subscriptions generate commission. Free-tier, trial-only, comped, and internal accounts do not.

• Rate. Your commission is a percentage of the referred business's subscription payment, at the rate shown on your partner dashboard (10% unless your agreement states otherwise).
• One-time vs. recurring. Your account is set to either a one-time commission (paid once, on the referred business's first qualifying payment) or a recurring commission (paid on each qualifying renewal for as long as that business stays subscribed). Which one applies is shown on your dashboard.
• Qualifying period. A referred business must remain an active, paying subscriber for a minimum period — 14 days unless your agreement states otherwise — before any commission on it accrues. This protects the program against sign-up-and-cancel activity.
• Currency. Commission accrues in the currency the referred business pays in. Balances in different currencies are tracked and paid separately.

Each commission entry moves through these states, visible on your dashboard:

• Pending review — the entry has been held by our automated fraud checks and is awaiting a manual decision (Section 5).
• In hold — earned, but still within the clawback window (Section 7). It can still be reversed if the referred account cancels during this time.
• Available — the clawback window has passed; the entry has seasoned and is eligible to be paid out.
• Paid — included in a payout that has been sent to you.
• Rejected / clawed back — reversed and removed from your balance (Section 7).

We run automated checks on every commission entry — including whether the referred business's contact details, network address, or device signals overlap with the partner's own. An entry that trips a check is held as pending review until a person at Sebafy clears or rejects it. We do not disclose which specific signal was triggered, since doing so would only help someone design around it.

• Your available balance is paid out once it reaches the minimum payout threshold shown on your dashboard ($50 equivalent unless your agreement states otherwise). Commission still in hold does not count toward the threshold until it seasons.
• Payouts are made to the payment details you provide us, on a periodic basis. You are responsible for keeping those details, and your contact email, current.
• Sebafy does not process card payments; partner payouts are made by bank transfer or another method agreed with you.
• We may withhold a payout while a referred account is disputed, under chargeback, or suspected of fraud, until the matter is resolved.

A commission may be reversed, including after it has been marked paid, if:

• the referred business cancels, is refunded, or charges back the payment the commission was based on;
• the referred business turns out not to have met the qualifying period, or the signup is later found to be duplicate, internal, or otherwise non-qualifying;
• the referral is found to breach Section 8 (prohibited conduct); or
• the commission was created in error.

A clawback reduces your balance. If a paid commission is clawed back, the amount may be offset against future payouts.

You must not:

• refer yourself, your own business, or accounts you or a connected party control ("self-referral");
• send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to promote your link, in any channel;
• misrepresent Sebafy, its pricing, or your relationship with it, or make promises on our behalf;
• use paid search ads on Sebafy's brand names or run ads that impersonate Sebafy;
• use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, redirects, or any technique that registers a referral click a person did not intentionally make;
• offer an unauthorized cash rebate or other inducement for signing up through your link without disclosing it to us; or
• attempt to interfere with another partner's attribution.

Breaking these rules can result in held or clawed-back commissions, removal from the program, and forfeiture of an unpaid balance.

You are responsible for any taxes on commissions you receive. Depending on your jurisdiction we may need tax documentation (for example a W-9 or W-8) before a payout can be made, and may be required to report amounts paid to you.

Participation in the program does not make you an employee, agent, franchisee, or joint venturer of Sebafy. You are an independent party promoting Sebafy of your own accord, you have no authority to bind Sebafy, and you bear your own costs of participating.

We may change these Program Terms, the commission rate, the qualifying period, or the payout threshold going forward, and we may suspend or end the program. We'll update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify active partners at their contact email. If the program ends, or your participation ends in good standing, commissions that are accrued and past the qualifying period at that time will be paid out under Section 6; unearned or held amounts will not.

These Program Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, consistent with our Terms of Service.
