Terms of Service
Effective July 14, 2026 · Sebafy Technologies
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sebafy, operated by Sebafy Technologies("Sebafy," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Sebafy, you agree to these Terms. If you're using Sebafy on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to accept these Terms for that business.
1. What Sebafy is
Sebafy is job management software for field service businesses: job dispatch, scheduling, invoicing, technician tracking, and a public booking page for customers. Sebafy is early-access software — features, pricing, and availability may change as the product develops.
2. Accounts
- You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Provider accounts are created by a business owner, who can then add team members (workers, branch managers, account managers) with roles of their choosing.
- Customer accounts are created automatically the first time a customer logs in by phone number to view their job history with a provider.
- You must be legally able to enter into a contract to create an account.
3. Pricing and early access
Sebafy is currently free during early access — unlimited technicians, jobs, and invoices, no credit card required. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we'll tell you clearly and ask before any charge; we will not charge a card automatically. Businesses that join during early access will be grandfathered into terms at least as favorable as what they signed up for.
4. Payments between you and your customers
Sebafy does not process payments and is not a party to any transaction between a provider and their customer. Providers may log payments they've received (cash, bank transfer, etc.) for their own records, and may optionally share manual payment links they configure themselves (e.g. Zelle, Venmo, a bank transfer link) with their customers. Sebafy has no control over, and no responsibility for, whether such a payment is completed, its accuracy, or any dispute arising from it — that is solely between the provider and their customer.
5. Content you add — photos, links, and your public page
Providers may add content to their account and public provider page, including service listings, photos, and links (for example, a YouTube video or image link in a reference-work gallery). You're responsible for making sure content you add is accurate, that you have the right to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. Links to third-party sites or services (including YouTube-hosted video) are provided as-is — we don't control, and aren't responsible for, the content or availability of third-party sites.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Sebafy to:
- Send unsolicited or unlawful messages to customers (including via WhatsApp/SMS integrations);
- Upload content that's illegal, fraudulent, or infringes someone else's rights;
- Attempt to access another business's account or data without authorization;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service.
7. Your data
You own the business and customer data you put into Sebafy. You can export your jobs, invoices, and customer records as CSV or PDF at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle and protect that data.
8. Termination
You can stop using Sebafy and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or unlawfully.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Sebafy is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, during an early-access period in active development. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sebafy Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any dispute over a payment made outside the app (see Section 4).
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product develops. We'll update the effective date above when we do, and we'll tell provider accounts directly about material changes.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
